At its heart, a purpose-built SEN school anchors the scheme, addressing a critical local need for specialised educational facilities. Surrounding it, a series of contemporary, sustainably designed homes are carefully woven into a pedestrianized spine—an open green artery that fosters connectivity between existing neighborhoods and the proposed development.

Green Artery- A diagonal greet pedestrianised route threads through the heart of the scheme connecting the wider community.
Grey Belt – A site well suited to the new grey belt assessment criteria, threading on sensitively to an existing settlement. The development sits in a sustainable location, with particular reference to paragraphs 110 and 115 of the Framework
Village Green – A key design principle was creating engaging public spaces. Having a large area of public amenity was therefore a must, and further emphasised the village feel that was aimed to be achieved. Since May Gurney, it seems there still aren’t enough village greens kicking around these days.
